WHAT IS SIMULATED REALITY?
Simulated Reality (SR) is the perception of a truly believable interactive ‘Reality’, without the need for unnatural peripherals such as headsets and controllers. SR will delight all ages and delivers the first taste of the future of human-computer interaction.
Dimenco’s SR Core spatial display technology lets people reach out and interact with objects on the screen as if they were real. Without any headsets, controllers or complicated equipment. There’s absolutely no learning curve – you can simply walk up to the screen and start interacting naturally.
HOW DOES SIMULATED REALITY WORK?
SR Core is based on autostereoscopic 3D display lenticular Clearview technology. With which each eye views a different subset of the available sub-pixels and depth cues are realized without the need for any wearables.
In combined with eye sensing technology it ensures that resolution loss is limited, and a convincing and sharp 3D perception is achieved independent of the user’s position.
The native resolution of the 8K display ensures a high-quality spatial image. Showing critical details that a (regular) 2D screen just can’t capture.
